Welcome to CashPro. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed for our services.

Cancellation Policy

  • Transactions once initiated cannot be cancelled
  • Please verify all details before making any payment
  • Incorrect details entered by users are not eligible for cancellation

Refund Policy

  • Refund is applicable only for failed or unsuccessful transactions
  • Successful transactions are non-refundable
  • Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of transaction
  • All refunds are subject to verification and approval

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited to the original payment method or bank account.

Third-Party Services

CashPro relies on banks, payment gateways, and NPCI networks for transaction processing. Any delays caused by these third-party providers are beyond our control.

Fraud & Misuse

In case of suspicious or fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to hold or reject refunds after proper investigation.

Limitation of Liability

CashPro shall not be liable for any losses arising due to incorrect information provided by users or due to failure of banking/payment systems.
